Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Harlow Airport Minicab. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unconditionally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

1.1 Harlow Airport Minicab: Refers to the company providing the service. "We" or "us" pertains to Harlow Airport Minicab, and "you" or "your" encompasses any person, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative to allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. Harlow Airport Minicab shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are responsible for booking a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the accommodation of excess luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should specify this at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations, exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, are based on information provided by you. Material changes to the itinerary may result in adjustments to the quoted price.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and covers airport parking costs. Waiting periods beyond this will be subject to the standard Harlow Airport Minicab waiting rate.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Harlow Airport Minicab of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 Passengers are responsible for the conduct of all individuals during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger capacity must adhere to licensing or insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 Promptly notify Harlow Airport Minicab if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellation after dispatch incurs charges based on the driver's time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 For online bookings canceled before dispatch, charges may apply to the original payment.

Liability

6.1 While Harlow Airport Minicab strives for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We assume no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car for a swift journey completion.

6.4 You shall not hold Harlow Airport Minicab liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any act or omission within your party.

6.5 Parties cannot exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default, as per applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Harlow Airport Minicab may subcontract obligations stated herein. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Harlow Airport Minicab, and changes will be reflected on this page. Existing bookings will adhere to the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 Information is stored, used, and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Harlow Airport Minicab and yourself.

8.5 No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made after this timeframe will not be entertained by Harlow Airport Minicab.
